Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason.

  Verification and Approval

  Our technical team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device securely in its original box, including all accessories and cables, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our warehouse will inspect the item for quality assurance and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
